The strategy to use when computing the new dimensions for resizing an image while maintaining its aspect ratio.

Variants§

Contain

The image is scaled to fit completely within the new dimensions.

This is useful if we do not want the image to be cropped to fit inside maximum dimensions.

Cover

The image is sized to maintain its aspect ratio while filling the new dimensions.

This is useful if we want the image to be cropped to fit inside the new dimensions.
